Voicing Terms of Service

Welcome to Voicing! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of our application, website, and related services (collectively, the "Service"). By accessing or using Voicing, you agree to be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, please refrain from using the Service.

1. Eligibility

To use Voicing you need to be able to agree to a legal contract with us and follow these rules and all laws. You must be at least 13 years old or the age of legal consent in your country, whichever is older.

2. Account Registration

To use Voicing, you may be required to create an account. You agree to provide accurate, complete, and up-to-date information. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. If you believe your account has been compromised, you must notify us immediately. We reserve the right to suspend or terminate your account if we suspect fraudulent or unauthorized activity. Our Services may include software that you download. You agree that we can update that software, and these rules will still apply. By giving us your phone number or email, you agree that we can contact you electronically. If you change your contact information, please update your account. You can control some communication types in your settings. We may collect information from users under 18 who are considered adults under privacy laws.

• Impersonate any person or entity or misrepresent your affiliation with any individual or organization.
• Engage in any activity that disrupts, interferes with, or harms the Service or its users.
• Use Voicing for any unlawful purpose, including but not limited to fraud, phishing, or spreading malicious software.

We reserve the right to investigate and take appropriate legal action against users who violate these guidelines, including account suspension or termination.

3. Personalization

Voicing personalizes your experience. We use your activity and interests to recommend relevant content, conversations, users, and groups. See our Personalization FAQ for details.

4. Content Ownership & License

You retain ownership of any content you create, post, or share on Voicing. However, by using the Service, you grant Voicing a non-exclusive, worldwide, royalty-free license to use, store, display, and distribute your content solely to operate and improve the Service. You represent and warrant that you have the necessary rights to grant this license and that your content does not violate any laws or infringe on the rights of others.

5. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and share your information. By using Voicing, you consent to the data practices described in our Privacy Policy. We are committed to protecting your personal information and implementing security measures to safeguard your data. However, no online service can guarantee complete security, and you acknowledge that you share your information at your own risk.

6. Termination

We may suspend or terminate your account if we determine that you have violated these Terms or engaged in harmful behavior. You may also delete your account at any time. Upon termination, you lose access to your account and any associated data. We are not responsible for retaining or recovering deleted data. If your account is terminated for violations, you may be prohibited from creating a new account.

Voicing is provided "as is" without any warranties of any kind. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free operation of the Service. We disclaim all warranties, whether express or implied, including but not limited to merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. You use Voicing at your own risk.

8. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Voicing and its affiliates will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from your use of the Service. This includes, but is not limited to, loss of data, revenue, or profits, regardless of the legal theory under which liability is asserted.

9. Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make significant changes, we will notify you through the Service or other communication channels. Your continued use of Voicing after changes means you accept the new Terms. You are encouraged to review these Terms periodically to stay informed of updates.

10. Governing Law and Dispute Resolution

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Slovakia, EU. Any disputes arising under or in connection with these Terms shall be resolved through arbitration or the courts of Slovakia, EU., as determined by Voicing.
